PSC Biotech seeks a Laboratory Analytical Specialist/Analytical Scientist to lead projects in the Technical Operations Analytical Development Lab (ADL). The role supports analytical testing of non-commercial batches across the Large Molecule network and requires extensive lab experience in a quality environment.

Formación

• BSc/MSc/PhD in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in a biopharmaceutical development/quality laboratory with cGMP.
• Proficiency with chromatography techniques and Empower software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage analytical development projects within the ADL.
• Introduce new analytical methods and equipment to the lab.
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing and instrument issues.
• Perform bioanalytical testing (HPLC/UPLC, CE, ELISA, plate reader).
• Support product launches and ensure timely delivery of data.
• Drive continuous improvement and resource planning for projects.
• Coach analysts and develop training programs.
