Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) to support Biosurgery and growth platforms. The role can be based in the United States or Europe, reporting to the Integrated Business Management team within Global Supply Chain.

The candidate will develop digital capacity models, enable end-to-end visibility, and contribute to LRPP/LRFP processes with stakeholders across manufacturing, planning, finance, and product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related analytics discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Experience with capacity planning and large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Biosurgery SCM models for long-range planning.
• Build end-to-end supply chain models including networks and inventory policies.
• Run scenario analyses for capacity expansion and sourcing changes.
• Support LRPP and LRFP planning cycles for 2–10 year horizons.
• Collaborate with sites, Planning, Finance, and leadership to ensure accurate models.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive-ready capacity and profitability recommendations.
• Expand SCM capabilities to new product platforms and RC programs.
• Develop dashboards to improve visibility of capacity constraints and plans.
• Drive process governance, documentation, and standardization efforts.
• Partner with IT to enhance SCM tools (OMP, Power BI) and planning tech.
