Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Analyst to join our Deliver & Logistics team in Limerick, Ireland. The role focuses on turning operational data into actionable insights to support requirements, testing, solution governance, and process documentation.

You will become the operational backbone of the product organization. The base pay range is €52,400 to €82,915, with additional benefits and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of logistics, supply chain, SAP, business analysis, or product support experience.

Responsibilities

• Product Analytics: Develop KPI dashboards and reporting; analyze defect trends, testing progress, deployment readiness and process adoption.
• Requirements Support: Gather and document requirements; maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and deployment outcomes.
• Process Governance: Maintain Signavio documentation; align global processes and localization with the global template.
• Testing & Deployment Support: Coordinate BST and UAT tracking; monitor script readiness and coverage.
• Compliance & Controls: SOX requirements; audit readiness; trade compliance; regulatory documentation.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain Jira repositories; document design decisions and lessons learned.
• Success Measures: Generate insights; ensure testing readiness; maintain documentation quality and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Analytics: Develop KPI dashboards and reporting. Analyze: Defect trends, Testing progress, Deployment readiness, Process adoption, Operational performance.
• Requirements Support: Support gathering and documenting requirements. Maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and deployment outcomes. Assist with Change Request assessments and impact analysis.
• Process Governance: Maintain Signavio documentation. Support global business process alignment. Ensure localization activities remain aligned to the global template.
• Testing & Deployment Support: Coordinate BST and UAT execution tracking. Monitor script readiness and coverage. Support go-live and hypercare reporting.
• Compliance & Controls Support: SOX requirements. Audit readiness. Trade compliance. Regulatory documentation.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain Jira repositories. Product documentation. Design decisions. Lessons learned. Reuse catalogs.
• Success Measures: Insights generated. Testing readiness accuracy. Documentation quality. Audit readiness. Process compliance. Decision support effectiveness.
