Job summary

Google Inc. is hiring a Senior Analyst, Legal Entity, International Controllership in Dublin, Ireland. You will drive governance for legal entities, support international expansions, and oversee entity lifecycles from incorporation to liquidation.

You will partner with Finance Eng, Controllership, and other teams to deliver timely updates and robust processes. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in accounting or related fields and a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in accounting or related function, or 5 years with advanced degree.
• Strong ability to drive process improvements and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Alphabet's global corporate landscape and entity data to optimize structures and enforce policies.
• Manage legal entity data and workflows within internal tools, delivering updates on entity progress.
• Develop and refine policies governing the complete legal entity lifecycle, from incorporation to liquidation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and other teams to support expansion, setup, and liquidation.
• Produce project management materials, including timelines, statuses, and issue tracking.
