Google seeks a Senior Analyst, Legal Entity, International Controllership, based in Dublin, Ireland. You will manage and optimize global legal entity data, govern entity lifecycle processes, and partner with Finance and non-Finance teams to support expansion and liquidations.

The role emphasizes policy development, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant operations across Google’s international footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Professional certification CPA, CA, ACCA or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Alphabet's global corporate landscape and entity data to optimize organizational structures and enforce legal entity policies across expanding product areas.
• Manage legal entity data and workflows directly within internal tools, using the platform to deliver operational updates on the progress of new entities and liquidations.
• Develop and refine comprehensive policies to govern the complete legal entity lifecycle management, from initial incorporation through to final elimination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance and non-finance teams to facilitate business expansion, legal entity set up, operationalization, and liquidation while working with stakeholders to resolve project roadblocks.
• Generate project management materials for entity creation, such as timeline estimates, status reports, and etc. Drive continuous process optimization by identifying root causes, using technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency, and producing detailed project management documentation including timelines, status reports, and issue tracking.
