Job summary

Manna Air Delivery is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Ireland to help ensure safety, reliability, and operational readiness of our next-generation aircraft. You will develop system reliability documents, assess risks, and contribute to the design of the aircraft fleet and ground support equipment, reporting to the Head of Hardware Architecture, Reliability, and Validation.

Bring a strong background in reliability engineering, DFMEAs, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, systems, or reliability engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience.
• Nice to have: 8+ years of relevant experience in an aerospace reliability function.
• Experience performing reliability or safety analysis for complex, safety-critical system.

Responsibilities

• Perform system safety and reliability assessments across aircraft systems and subsystems
• Lead the development, maintenance, and application of DFMEAs
• Develop understanding of reliability across components and subsystems
• Establish measurable reliability targets for subsystems in partnership with design and engineering teams
• Identify, assess, and communicate the highest-priority reliability risks
• Recommend risk-reduction actions based on analysis, test data, and operational experience
• Support verification and validation activities to confirm reliability requirements
• Analyse test results, field data, and operating trends to drive corrective actions
• Work with Airworthiness to provide reliability evidence meeting regulatory standards
• Communicate reliability risks and engineering requirements clearly to teams
