Sonatus, an AI-enabled automotive software company, is seeking an AI Engineer in Dublin. You will implement an Agentic Framework to support AI applications and write production-grade code for real-time vehicle interactions. Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, or related field; Bachelor's required.
• Strong programming in Golang, Python, Java, or C++ with hands-on framework experience.
• Proven experience building multi-agent systems and adaptive orchestration.
• Deep understanding of Jailbreak Detection (e.g., LlamaGuard) and PII masking for safe LLM interactions.
• In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms, AI technologies, and platforms.
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, version control, and Agile.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; automotive industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI model leverage and framework selection to solve business challenges.
• Design and implement agentic orchestration with reason and act loops.
• Build a versioned prompt registry for model-agnostic routing and A/B testing.
• Develop privacy shield for PII redaction and hallucination verifier.
• Model development lifecycle: data modeling, training, tuning, deployment.
• Maintain high-quality production code for multi-agent AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Document designs, processes, and best practices with visuals and presentations.
• Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed.
• Stay updated on AI data science trends and state-of-the-art.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Office-based hybrid role in Dublin, 3 days/week.
