Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an AI Engineer to lead AI-enabled software engineering across Asset Management Platforms. You will shape the technical vision, governance, and architecture while enabling teams to adopt AI-driven development responsibly and efficiently.

You will champion modern software practices, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and drive high-quality delivery across complex investment platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software and leading engineering transformation.
• Hands-on with AI engineering tools and secure coding practices.
• Strong understanding of AI strategies, model orchestration, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, architecture, and operating model for AI-enabled engineering across AMP.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices and establish reusable patterns.
• Design and deliver scalable software solutions, champion best practices across CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability and automation.
• Partner with Leads, Architects, and stakeholders to identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.
