Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer in Dublin to lead the adoption of AI-enabled software engineering practices across Asset Management Platforms. You will work with Engineering Leads, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to accelerate delivery while upholding architecture and security standards.

You will combine strong software engineering with knowledge of LLMs and AI-powered tooling to establish best practices for AI-assisted development, including using Claude Code,

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar.

• Evidence of having built or delivered something practical, with an interest in progressing prototypes towards production.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with business and technology colleagues.
