McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare company, is seeking an AI Engineer Sr. Specialist to design, build, integrate, deploy, and optimize AI-enabled solutions within Financial Shared Services.

You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, mentor engineers, and partner with governance, data, and security teams. In this role you will develop AI agents, data pipelines, and integrations, while evaluating emerging AI technologies and ensuring production readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, automation development, or solution architecture.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience integrating applications, data sources, APIs, and business systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI platforms, agent frameworks, or LLM orchestration.
• Experience with API development, cloud architecture, data engineering, and production integrations.
• Experience supporting technology‑enabled transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop AI-enabled applications, intelligent automation workflows, and agentic systems.
• Translate business and process requirements into scalable technical architectures and production-ready capabilities.
• Establish reusable design patterns, frameworks, components, coding practices, and standards.
• Build and enhance AI agents supporting workflows, anomaly detection, and decision support.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and integrations connecting agents with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with governance, security, data, and enterprise technology teams for validation and deployment readiness.
• Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend improvements.
