Qualifications

• Experience as a Data/AI/MLE in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to build production-grade data and AI pipelines (Databricks, Azure).
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent workflows, and MLOps.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Spark.
• Experience with cloud services and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT and AI pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
• Develop Lakehouse architectures with Bronze, Silver and Gold layers.
• Build Delta Live Tables, Workflows and job orchestration processes.
• Deploy production-grade Generative AI and agent-based solutions.
• Create and maintain RAG pipelines and AI agent frameworks.
• Support MLOps activities, including training and inference pipelines with MLflow.
• Implement data quality monitoring and metadata management via Unity Catalog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build feature stores and datasets.
