Job summary

Optum is seeking a senior leader to drive affordability initiatives from idea through governance, deployment, and value realization within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will partner across clinical, non-clinical, finance, technology, and operations teams to ensure execution excellence and measurable outcomes.

The role offers flexible work arrangements in Ireland, with the option to split time between Dublin or Letterkenny offices and a home-based hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, affordability, reimbursement policy, healthcare operations, or related business environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and portfolios.
• Proven experience developing executive-level presentations, governance materials, and business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own affordability concepts from intake through deployment and value realization.
• Lead concepts through governance gates from ideation to implementation and value realization.
• Partner with Clinical, Non-Clinical, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to drive alignment.
