Responsibilities

• Apply value-centred engineering to achieve opportunities in quality, service and cost.
• Work with Engineering leaders to deliver business objectives.
• Assist development of a world-class manufacturing group with Six-Sigma process improvements.
• Provide technical leadership on product and process issues.
• Monitor line performance and implement action plans to remediate sub-optimal performance.
• Develop and implement GMP-compliant SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects under CIP.
• Transfer and implement processes from development or other facilities.
• Provide guidance to technicians and engineers on the team.
• Conduct process validation (VP/IQ/OQ/PQ) and related documentation.
• Carry out Gauge R&R studies for products and new processes.
• Execute structured problem solving and ownership of projects.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet business targets.
• Foster continuous improvement aligned with Stryker's Quality Policy and training requirements.
• Observe on-site Quality Management Systems requirements.
• Monitor and report variables that impact business performance.
