Communicate campaign status, delivery risks and required actions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the delivery of integrated campaigns that may include spot advertising, host reads, sponsorships, branded segments and programmatic inventory.
Maintain campaign trackers, booking systems and internal workflow tools.
4.Finance Coordination and Reconciliation
Work with the finance and commercial teams to ensure campaign bookings, delivery figures and billing information are accurate.
Reconcile booked, delivered and billable campaign activity at the end of each month or campaign period.
Coordinate responses to invoice and billing queries from advertisers, agencies, publishers and internal teams.
Help ensure that completed campaigns are closed and invoiced promptly.
5.Reporting and Analysis
Compile accurate final campaign reports for advertisers and agencies.
Consolidate data from ad servers, hosting platforms, programmatic systems, publishers and measurement partners. This information will be also used in the production of sales and marketing materials.
Report on relevant metrics such as impressions, reach, frequency, completion rates, listen-through rates, clicks, conversions and delivery against plan.
Provide clear commentary on campaign delivery, performance, optimisation and key learnings.
Assist the commercial team in interpreting campaign results and preparing client presentations.
