Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to supervise junior staff.
• Experience managing office budgets and developing client relationships.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Irish taxation.
• ACCA accredited with a track record in practice.
• Motivated self-starter with ambition to progress your career.
• Ability to contribute to growth strategy and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations with scheduling client assignments and report to Regional Manager.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Approve and manage office budgets.
• Handle own block of clients and develop strong client relationships while driving strategic growth.
• Prepare personal & corporate tax returns for farmers, businesses and companies.
• Perform consultancy assignments as needed.
• Deliver client assignments in a timely and professional manner.
