Job summary

Xeinadin in Longford is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Midlands team. You will handle non-audit financial statements for various entities and support partner review, tax returns, and CRO filings.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years PQ in a general practice environment and are keen to advance to senior level within a progressive professional services firm based in Longford. This is an office-based role with a strong client-facing element.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification ACCA or ACA required.
• Strong general practice experience and ability to develop junior team members.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Confident and articulate with strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for companies (non-audit), sole traders, and partnerships to Partner review.
• Prepare and file Corporation Tax and Income Tax returns.
• Prepare, review, and submit VAT, RCT, and PAYE returns.
• Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Build and deepen relationships with clients through proactive, solution-focused approaches.
