ProSource Group, in Leinster, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a network of respected practices. The role offers exposure to audit, accounts and tax with clear career progression in supportive teams.

Responsibilities include leading audits, preparing financial statements and CT returns, while mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships. A strong accounting background and professional qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in an Irish accounting practice.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification or currently studying toward one.
• Strong audit and accounts preparation experience.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to continue developing your career within practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete statutory and non-statutory audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio.
• Prepare statutory financial statements.
• Prepare Corporation Tax returns.
• Manage assignments within agreed budgets and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise and support junior team members where appropriate.
• Assist Partners and Managers with a variety of ad hoc assignments and advisory projects.
