Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for an established professional services organisation in Kilkenny. You will manage a varied portfolio of clients, including companies, partnerships and sole traders, and provide high-quality accounting, tax and business support.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing year-end financial accounts and tax computations, managing client relationships, and delivering practical accounting and commercial advice.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Three years’ experience in Irish public practice.
• Experience preparing and reviewing accounts and tax computations.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage deadlines and client relationships.
• A proactive, commercially minded and client-focused approach.
