Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick seeks an experienced Equipment Maintenance Engineer for its long-established high-tech manufacturing site. You will support daily operations and lead cross-functional teams in systematic improvement using data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

Education: Ordinary Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8).
Experience: 6-10 years of experience – Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally from a highly regulated environment or semiconductor equipment maintenance.
Capable of analytical troubleshooting (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-Why) and First Time Right repair; follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.

Responsibilities

Support daily operation of semiconductor manufacturing facility with problem solving and root cause analysis.
Lead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and decision making.
Drive continuous improvement of KPI’s such as equipment availability, MTTR and MTBF.
