Job summary

Bidvest Noonan in Blanchardstown is seeking a Security Officer to join our on-site team. You will greet visitors, manage reception areas, coordinate with building management and hosts, and ensure security protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment.

Excellent communication, basic computer literacy and attention to detail are essential as you handle inquiries, direct visitors, and support daily operations of the reception and meeting suites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all visitors promptly, using correct protocols to ensure visitors feel valued.
• Day to day running of building.
• Maintain exceptional service in reception areas and meeting suites, including contacting the meeting hosts.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, actions, systems, and developments to inform staff and visitors as required.
• Ensure telephone is answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel or messages taken.
• Maintain close working relationships with Building Management and coordinate efforts.
• Control car parking and ensure visitors use correct parking bays.
