Responsibilities

• Ensure all team members are fluent with policies and procedures and that these are followed.
• Manage team member’s performance incl. absence monitoring and attire for duties.
• Ensure all team members have received appropriate training and plan training needs.
• Ensure all team members have necessary tools, equipment, and information to perform work.
• Delegate tasks and ensure compliance with instructions to complete tasks.
• Respond to and report incidents.
• Manage and report equipment status and defects.
• Provide guidance and support to all team members.
• Encourage staff recognition and nominations for awards.
• Manage rosters and ensure coverage.
• Provide initial response to incidents/complaints and escalate as needed.
• Assist in service delivery planning and KPI adherence.
• Demonstrate brand values and client-facing professionalism.
• Assist management with ad-hoc requests and recruitment needs.
• Maintain site documentation and ensure accessibility.
