Job summary

Securitas Ireland is seeking a Site Security Manager for a 24/7 datacenter environment in the Dublin area. You will lead the on-site security team, manage personnel, and collaborate with client leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and high service standards.

The role requires an associate degree with 6+ years in security, including 3+ years in people management. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential, with licensing requirements applicable locally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 6+ years in security, incl. 3+ years in people management.
• Experience leading teams in security/datacenter environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control systems, incident management tools, and video surveillance platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site security operations in a 24/7 datacenter environment.
• Manage security personnel and ensure staffing coverage.
• Partner with local leadership for recruiting, onboarding, training, and development.
• Coach, set expectations, and manage performance.
• Work with client leadership across business groups to support site operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and SOPs.
• Monitor site performance, identify risks, and drive improvements.
• Maintain logs and reports; manage access control, CCTV, and incident tools.
