Job summary

Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Team Leader to join our onsite security team. The role requires hands-on leadership to monitor standards, lead the security team, and ensure client needs are met across the site.

You will work with facilities security managers, escalate concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while supporting ongoing audits, device tests and incident response. The position is based on site in Ireland, with opportunities to drive improvements daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a security team.
• Strong communication and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload.
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain security standards across the contract.
• Head up the security team to ensure duties are delivered and client needs are met.
• Escalate incidents or concerns to security managers/site facilities teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
• Respond to emergencies with minimal service disruption.
• Perform daily audits and device tests; ensure patrols in designated areas.
• Support location checks and access device procedures for onsite teams.
• Carry out monthly access checks and maintain rosters in date.
