Job summary

Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Security Officer to join onsite with our client in Athlone. You will greet visitors, manage the reception, maintain service levels in meeting spaces, and provide information to staff and guests. You will answer calls and coordinate with Building Management to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires clear communication, basic computer literacy, and attention to detail. Previous security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar security role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors and follow visitor protocols.
• Day-to-day running of the building.
• Maintain exceptional service levels in reception and meeting areas.
• Provide staff and visitors with information as required.
• Answer telephone promptly and route calls or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management on responsibilities.
• Control car parking and ensure visitors use allocated bays.
