Job summary

Action24Ireland is seeking a Smart Security Engineer to join our engineering team. You will install, maintain and support Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Access Control systems, with a focus on delivering a five-star customer experience while adhering to high industry standards.

The role involves customer-facing work across Leinster, regular travel to client sites, and opportunities for training, career progression, and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in security, engineering or electrical industry.
• Experience with Intruder Alarm systems, IP CCTV, Fire Alarm systems, Access Control.
• Strong customer-facing skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and service Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Access Control systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot smart security technologies and associated applications.
• Provide excellent technical support to customers.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic and system faults.
• Complete installations and service work efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Action24 procedures and industry standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and risk assessments.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
