Phorest is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to drive platform security, tooling, and developer enablement across our SaaS offerings. You will partner with product and engineering teams to embed secure-by-default practices, define security requirements, and reduce risk across multi-tenant environments.

You’ll collaborate across engineering streams, own security outcomes, and coach teams through complex decisions, while contributing to threat modelling, incident response, and proactive

Qualifications

• Demonstrable hands-on security engineering experience (7+ years).
• Experience embedding security into SaaS, multi-tenant architectures.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security services and secure SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Own security engineering outcomes and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Develop security platform and developer tooling to reduce risk and friction.
• Coach and partner with product and engineering to raise security capability across teams.
• Monitor security signals and contribute to incident response and prevention.
