Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking a Seasonal Customer Assistant to join our busy Christmas period in Ireland. You will be at the heart of the action, helping customers find gifts, discover offers and get what they need for the celebrations ahead.

This role is fast-paced and active, with responsibilities from assisting on the shop floor to supporting deliveries, replenishing stock and helping keep the store looking its best.

• Able to work during busy periods including holidays.
• Team player and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking its best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team whenever help is needed.
