Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking Seasonal Customer Assistants to help customers find gifts, enjoy great offers and complete purchases during the busy Christmas period. You’ll be the friendly face delivering personalised service, assisting with stock, deliveries, and keeping shelves tidy to ensure a positive shopping experience.

This temporary role supports the store team across areas as needed, with a focus on delivering excellent customer care during peak season.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, St Stephen's Day and New Year’s Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
