Job summary

Boots is looking for Seasonal Customer Assistants in Ireland to be the friendly face on the shop floor during the Christmas period. You will help customers choose gifts, explain offers, and ensure a smooth checkout experience, while supporting stock replenishment and deliveries.

The role is fast-paced, temporary, and requires flexibility to cover various store areas and bank holidays. Training and team support are provided, with opportunities for longer-term roles based on local availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products, gifts, and offers.
• Deliver friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.
• Process purchases at tills and via self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves tidy and stocked.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Assist across different store areas to support the team.
