Job summary

The Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking energetic Bartenders for the festive season to join our team for Christmas events and parties.

You will craft cocktails, provide excellent guest service, and work across bars, restaurants and banqueting spaces, with shifts that cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for hospitality and professional presentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 due to the service of alcohol.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Energetic, customer-focused and passionate about guest service.

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails and beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.

Seasonal Bartender – 4* Grand Hotel

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and ready to be part of the magic this Christmas?
The Grand Hotel Malahide is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team for the busy festive season — including Christmas parties and special events. Must be over 18 due as the service of alcohol will be required.

About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service throughout our festive events. You’ll assist with drink service in our bars, restaurants, and banqueting suites, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.
