Job summary

Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking Seasonal Bartender to join our festive team. You will craft cocktails and beverages across bars, restaurants and banqueting spaces while delivering outstanding guest service during a busy period.

You’ll work evenings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on presentation, hospitality, and high standards. Prior bar experience and a can-do attitude are essential for this role at the Grand Hotel Malahide.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 due to the service of alcohol.
• Experience as a bartender is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails and beverages.
• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and health & safety compliance.

The Grand Hotel Malahide is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team for the busy festive season - including Christmas parties and special events. Must be over 18 due as the service of alcohol will be required.

About the Role:

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service throughout our festive events. You'll assist with drink service in our bars, restaurants, and banqueting suites, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.
