Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Christmas Merchandiser to support store merchandising and stock replenishment. You will work within a team to deliver high-visibility for the client, developing relationships with store managers and executing secondary displays using POS provided.

Responsibilities include following journey plans, ensuring planogram compliance, recording activity and liaising with store managers to complete tasks, while upholding CPM and client standards and standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Familiar with technology and able to use handheld devices for photo capture.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills to manage merchandising tasks and store relationships.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow journey plans provided by the line manager.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maximise promotional space; negotiate with Store Manager.
• Record sales activity, merchandising requirements and competitor activity; provide feedback.
• Place correct SEL and pricing on products; merchandise promotional ends.
• Capture before/after photos using a handheld device and brief the store team on completion.
• Maintain CPM and client standards; work with others to reach high service levels.
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by the line manager.

Job description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Christmas Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for the client. Core focus for the role would be to replenish stock.

Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional secondary displays using POS provided.

Responsibilities:

• To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
• To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
• Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;
• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
• Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;
• Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;
• To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
• To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
• To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
