Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Local Manager in a part-time role in Ireland. You’ll lead a small team, supervise daily photo operations, and drive sales and exceptional guest service during the holiday season.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage deposits and cash controls, and collaborate with venue partners to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences for families visiting Santa and photo moments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions
• Availability to attend required pre-season training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members
