Marks & Spencer in Ireland is seeking an Operations Customer Assistant for a busy Christmas period. You’ll be on your feet, moving stock, handling deliveries, and ensuring the shop floor is tidy and ready for customers.

This fixed-term seasonal contract ends on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. You’ll work with digital tools to track stock and support the wider store team, across back-of-house and shop floor, to keep shelves full and customers

We’re looking for an Operations Customer Assistant to join our team at M&S Omni Park. This is the role that keeps everything flowing behind the scenes, from deliveries and stock to making sure the shop floor is full, tidy, and ready for our customers.

It’s fast-paced, physical, and hands-on. You’ll be on your feet, moving stock, working deliveries, using digital tools, and supporting the wider store team wherever needed. No two shifts feel the same, so this is perfect for someone who likes being busy, working with purpose, and being part of a team that gets things done.

What You’ll Be Doing
