Job summary

Boots Group in Ireland is seeking a Seasonal Customer Assistant to help customers find gifts, enjoy great offers, and ensure a cheerful, efficient shopping experience during the festive period. You’ll support stock, deliveries and tills, rotating across store areas to keep everything running smoothly.

This temporary role offers a busy, hands-on environment with strong teamwork and daily opportunities to deliver brilliant customer service during our peak season.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
