Job summary

The Hoxton Dublin is hiring for the Christmas season, joining our Food & Beverage teams from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027. This is a seasonal position across our bars and outlets, ideal for hospitality enthusiasts who love creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll support bartenders and waiters, help keep glassware and bar stock stocked, and contribute to a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

• Keep the bar stocked, tidy and ready for service so bartenders can focus on guests.
• Assist the F&B team to run bars and outlets smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain glassware, ice, garnishes and essentials for service.
• Support bartenders and waiters during service and anticipate needs.
• Help create a fun, relaxed and memorable guest experience.
