Job summary

Grand Hotel Malahide, a four‑star seaside retreat, is looking for a Reservations Agent to join our Sales & Reservations team. You will support reservation agents, adhere to SOPs, deliver outstanding customer service, assist with yield management and inventory control, and use CMS/OTA channels for rate loading and guest communications.

The ideal candidate has hotel reservations experience, excels under pressure, and shows strong organisation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel reservations role is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support reservation agents with reservations and enquiries.
• Adhere to hotel SOPs and company policies.
• Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
• Assist in yield management to meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory for rooms and rates.
