Job summary

Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) is hiring a Software Development Engineer to help build backend and customer-facing systems that deliver reliable, scalable email services used by millions of customers worldwide. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of services that power SES features and ensure high availability and performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and own features end-to-end, including on-call rotations

Qualifications

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
