Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Resource & Prep Assistant to support science teaching activities in our Dublin-area facility. Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm, you will prepare resources, set up equipment, manage kits, and assist with events.

You will maintain orderly spaces, track inventory, and perform light admin tasks to ensure smooth lesson delivery. Prior experience and IT skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level or equivalent required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient with IT tools including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organise, and distribute science teaching resources before lessons.
• Set up equipment and consumables for activities/experiments.
• Prepare student experiment kits and ensure sufficient materials.
• Assist in preparing resources for inquiry-based learning, enrichment, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety of the resource room, prep room, and storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor stock levels.
• Report damaged/faulty equipment and coordinate repairs/replacements.
• Provide logistical support for science programmes and events.
• Handle general admin duties as needed.
