Job summary

Dawn Farms in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland, invites applications for an S&I Graduate to join our Science & Innovation Department. You will plan and test new ideas, contribute to growth across platforms, and gain exposure to state-of-the-art food research and manufacturing.

The role requires passion for science, with knowledge in Chemistry, Nutrition, Process Engineering and Food Science. 39-hour week, full-time, fixed term 2 years, DOE salary will apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Food Fermentation, or related field.
• Strong record-keeping and organization.
• Ability to analyse technical information and data.
• Understanding of GMP and Food Safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute practical experiments and trials in the S&I kitchen, pilot plant, or factories.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on trial design, timelines, and improvements.
• Generate, interpret and document data; maintain SharePoint/OneNote records.
• Present data to drive decisions during experimental stages.
• Coordinate trial planning and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Ensure food safety and adherence to health and safety policies.
