At Bristol Myers Squibb, we are inspired by a single vision: transforming patients' lives through science.
Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading global biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with serious diseases. We combine the agility of a biotechnology company with the reach and resources of an established pharmaceutical organisation.
Located in Dublin, the Cruiserath Biologics Campus is a key part of the Bristol Myers Squibb global manufacturing network. The campus includes an established multi-product biologics drug substance manufacturing operation, global biologics testing capabilities and a major expansion through the new Sterile Drug Product (SDP) facility. The SDP investment will add sterile drug product manufacturing and laboratory capabilities, supporting existing medicines and future pipeline assets. Its scope includes product formulation, component preparation, aseptic filling and capping of liquid and freeze-dried vials, aseptic syringe filling, visual inspection, clean utilities and the supporting quality, engineering, digital, supply chain and operational-readiness systems.
Our rotational graduate offering is a major step towards a career that you will find fulfilling, both professionally and personally.
The programme is structured around three nine-month rotations across relevant Science, Engineering and business functions. Rotations are matched with graduate development goals and business needs, providing broad experience across the Cruiserath Campus and opportunities to contribute to both established biologics operations and the delivery, start-up and ongoing operation of the new SDP facility.
As a Science or Engineering Graduate, you will work with experienced technical teams, senior management and business leaders. Depending on your rotations, you may support cross-functional activities in areas such as Manufacturing, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Quality, Engineering, Commissioning, Qualification and Validation, Computer Systems Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Project Management. You will contribute to meaningful projects, develop an understanding of the regulated biopharmaceutical environment and build the technical, digital and interpersonal capabilities required for a long-term career at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Your development will follow the 70:20:10 learning model: 70% experiential learning through meaningful work and project assignments, 20% learning through networking, coaching and mentoring, and 10% formal learning. Each rotation will include clear objectives, structured manager support, regular feedback and opportunities to build a strong cross-functional network.
