Bristol Myers Squibb's Science & Engineering Rotational Graduate Programme 2027 is based at the Cruiserath Biologics Campus in Dublin. The three nine-month rotations span Science, Engineering and business functions, delivering broad experience across the campus and involvement in biologics operations and the SDP facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 honours degree or Masters, graduating in 2027.
• Interest in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and sterile drug product operations.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability, initiative and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete three structured rotations and deliver agreed objectives in each placement.
• Support safe, compliant delivery in line with GMP and procedures.
• Use data and digital tools to identify opportunities and improve ways of working.
• Build relationships across Drug Substance, Sterile Drug Product and campus support.
• Present progress and project outcomes to managers, mentors and stakeholders.
