Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Deployment Process Analyst to support the SAP S/4HANA Transcend program, focusing on Manufacturing/Warehouse Execution alignment with the global template. You will lead functional validation, data checks, and integration readiness while guiding external contractors.

You will work within Innovative Medicine/Transcend to modernize processes, harmonize ERP, and enable agile growth across the pharmaceutical landscape. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Functional Delivery & Execution Support SAP–MES (PAS‑X) integration activities, PLM-driven engineering change processes, master data validity checks, and Manufacture at Risk capabilities.
• Assist with functional validation of Manufacturing master data, process orders, BOMs, master recipes, and production versions.
• Support solution confirmation activities by documenting requirements, reviewing designs, and validating alignment with the global template.
• Execute detailed functional tasks including configuration support, data validation, and integration readiness activities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to external contractors.
• Testing, Deployment & Hypercare Support Prepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities under the guidance of the Functional Deployment Lead.
• Support defect triage, resolution, and retesting activities.
• Provide functional support during deployment and hyper‑care periods.

Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit‑for‑purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end‑of‑life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Deployment Process Analyst - Logistics to support the deployment of Manufacturing/Warehouse Execution–related capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program. The role provides hands‑on functional support across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring Manufacturing and Warehouse solutions align with the global template, regulatory requirements, and SAP Clean Core principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred

• Prior involvement in global ERP deployments.
• Experience with MES systems and SAP integration.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
