Job summary

Applegreen plc is seeking a seasoned SAP IS Retail Specialist to lead the COE for Retail Sales & Fuel functions. You will guide SAP integrations, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements while ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP Sales, Retail and POS integrations (IS Retail preferred).
• 2+ years in a similar support role or business process improvement.
• 3+ years in supply chain management with demand & inventory familiarity.
• Strong understanding of SD, MM, FI/CO integration points.
• Strong IT systems knowledge; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the SAP IS Retail Functional expert across Applegreen.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients at all levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; drive function development and prioritization.
• Manage stakeholder communication for seamless service.
• Provide support for super users and end users of SAP.
• Lead design efforts for future processes leveraging SAP solutions.
• Drive analysis, implementation, testing and documentation of new/enhanced systems.
• Lead and develop the COE Retail Sales & Fuel team to meet objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure deliverables meet SLAs.
• Identify incidents trends and coordinate resolution with teams.
