Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst for a 12-month contract to bridge manufacturing, supply chain and IT teams. You will support site end-users across SAP modules, maintain master data, and drive process improvements in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities include testing, training, and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system changes and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a similar systems/data support role in pharma/biologics/medical devices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP WM/SD/PP/QM/MM modules and master data management.
• Familiarity with demand/supply planning, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain or related field; APICS certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide site end-user support for SAP ERP modules across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Maintain and audit item masters, BOMs, recipes, and routings for accuracy.
• Act as liaison between business and IT to resolve issues and drive process changes.
• Manage unit/integration testing and train key users; document processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
