Job summary

eir business talent is seeking a Training & Change Coordinator to join our Dublin team on a permanent basis. You will develop and deliver training programmes to support SAP solutions, system enhancements and process improvements, and design change management strategies to minimise disruption.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create learning solutions for different user groups, produce engaging materials and measure training effectiveness to drive successful

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in training, learning and development or change management.
• Experience developing training programmes that support technology or process change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programmes that support SAP solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Design and implement change management strategies that minimise disruption to business operations.
• Identify training needs with stakeholders and create learning solutions for different user groups.
• Produce engaging training materials, user guides, and communication plans to support organisational change initiatives.
• Monitor user readiness, adoption levels, and training effectiveness, implementing improvements where required.
• Promote employee engagement throughout transformation projects to ensure successful outcomes.
