Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts in Dublin seeks a Customer-Facing Sales Assistant to help customers with luggage purchases and provide high‑quality service. You will develop strong product knowledge and assist with the luggage repair drop-off, while keeping the floor tidy and displays attractive.

We value a kind, charismatic team member with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and the ability to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday.

In our department we prioritise quality customer service, presenting a kind and professional face to each customer. Our sales assistants help customers with requests, concerns and queries, as well as supporting each other with day-to-day tasks and duties.

KNOW THE ROLE

• Sell high end luggage products and deliver quality customer service to a diverse customer base
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and airline regulations
• Keep floor presentable, ensuring displays are clean and orderly
• Assist with the luggage repair drop-off service

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Characteristics: We are looking for someone kind and charismatic, with a strong interest in providing quality customer service
• Flexible hours: We are looking for somebody who is available to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday, unfortunately this role would not be suited to college students
• Experience: 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (required)
