Job summary

Sogeti Ireland is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, build, and support customer data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud, enabling a unified view across sales, marketing, service and digital channels.

You will develop data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, segmentation and activation workflows, integrating Salesforce with SAP, Azure, Databricks and other enterprise systems, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360/CDP).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external data sources via APIs and ETL/ELT.
• Knowledge of data governance, consent management and data quality.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Databricks and analytics in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud data models and profiles.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Build audience segmentation and activation workflows for marketing and sales.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consent management.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and product teams to translate requirements.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization across Data Cloud environments.
