Each co-worker will follow a structured training plan, including a period of Kitchen School training prior to store opening. This will involve travel to IKEA Dublin store for 2 weeks, Monday to Friday. This will be fully arranged and funded by IKEA. This ensures you are fully upskilled ahead of opening, with no personal expenses incurred.
