Job description

Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in information services and solutions for professionals in the finance, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, health and legal sectors. We are currently looking for a Sales Programs Manager to join our Corporate Performance & ESG Business Unit. CP & ESG delivers software solutions and services that help organizations manage financial, sustainability, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements, enabling better business performance, risk management, and compliance through data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

As a Sales Programs Manager, you will accelerate pipeline growth and seller productivity by designing, launching and scaling strategic sales programs across European markets. Operating at the intersection of sales strategy, pipeline generation, field execution and enablement, the role will partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities and performance insights into measurable programs that improve pipeline creation, conversion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales program strategy and execution
Design, launch and manage structured sales programs that drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression and revenue growth across European markets. Partner with Sales Leaders to identify priority segments, territories, industries, products or customer cohorts where targeted programs can improve performance. Build program plans from concept through execution, including objectives, target audience, messaging, seller actions, enablement needs, success metrics and reporting cadence. Own the operating rhythm for key initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, adopted by sales teams and continuously improved based on results.
  • Pipeline generation and performance management
Analyze pipeline, activity, conversion and sales productivity data to identify gaps, trends and growth opportunities. Translate insights into practical sales plays, demand-generation initiatives, account targeting and seller actions. Monitor program impact against KPIs such as pipeline generated, pipeline influenced, opportunity conversion, ACV, win rate, sales activity and seller engagement. Create clear reporting and dashboards to communicate performance, risks and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Sales leader partnership
Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to regional and country-level Sales Leaders. Participate in sales leadership meetings to provide program updates, pipeline insights and recommendations. Help sales teams prioritize where to focus, which plays to run and how to execute with consistency. Support quarterly and annual planning by identifying pipeline-generation priorities and building associated program calendars.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, Product Marketing and Customer Success to align programs with broader go‑to‑market priorities. Coordinate sales and marketing execution to ensure campaigns translate into actionable seller motions. Partner with Enablement to equip sales teams with talk tracks, assets, training, account targeting, dashboards and follow‑up guidance. Share best practices across markets and scale successful programs regionally.
  • Governance, communication and continuous improvement
Establish program governance, including stakeholder ownership, timelines, communication plans, inspection points and retrospectives. Track adoption and outcomes, gather feedback from sellers, and refine program based on lessons learned. Prepare concise executive communications, readouts and recommendations. Promote a culture of experimentation, accountability and continuous improvement across sales programs.
